Scanclimber has developed BIM objects for many of their work platforms. These can be downloaded in .rfa, .ifc, and .dwg formats – the 3D models come with embedded key information, such as capacity and speed. You can configure the BIM models to suit your project’s needs, including size, lifting height, and anchoring to, for example, a building.
By using the BIM models in the planning phase of your project, you can optimize and simulate the use of work platforms throughout the entire project, thereby reducing potential risks that may be difficult to foresee in a 2D environment.
We have compiled Scanclimber’s available BIM objects for work platforms. Download these and compare different platform solutions – and get an idea of how they can optimize your next construction or renovation project.

BIM is an integrated method for digitizing the construction process throughout the entire building lifecycle, from concept to demolition. The technology allows you to be far more efficient in both the planning and execution phases of your projects – saving money, which can quickly be seen on the bottom line.
