On arrival to a mast climber that the customer has moved or rebuilt himself, a thorough visual inspection of the set-up is carried out. If deemed necessary, retightening of the joint bolts of the mast and deck is carried out.
The time spent on the visual inspection is invoiced separately. If there is a need to rebuild or change the customer’s set-up, this must be documented with pictures and a description of the execution in the time registration.
In the event of a move or remodelling, where the mast climber is to be used again by the customer, the mast climber must be set up correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations. This means that we never leave a mast climber to be used without it being set up correctly and complying to all regulations.
When our work is finished, the green approval sign is updated and the text CUSTOMER MOVE is added after your initials in the field “Installed by”.
